No. Our systems have an independent radio network with dual SIM card backup. Wi-Fi outages or jammers cannot disable the system. An internet connection is only necessary for optional app control.

When an alarm is triggered, a multi-stage verification takes place. Sensors confirm the incident, cameras deliver live images to the 24/7 monitoring centre (Fürst Group). The centre responds according to your individual alarm and action plan – from notification via security service intervention to police or fire service alerting.
Yes. Via the smartphone app you have full visibility at any time: arm/disarm your system, retrieve live images, check sensors and control Smart Home devices – worldwide and in real time.
